This project aimed to transform the photographic perspective of Ednei Cunha into a visual identity capable of directly engaging with his images.

Challenge

Creating a visual identity for a photographer requires specific care: the design must not compete with the photography. The challenge was to develop a visual language that respected the strength of the captured moment, translating Ednei's style without adding visual noise.

More than just representing a name, the identity needed to reflect his perspective, his way of framing, and his manner of telling stories through the image.

Solution

The solution was to build an identity based on simplicity and visual precision.

The geometric and imposing typography brings presence and recognition to the photographer's name without stealing attention from the photography. Meanwhile, the frame, the central element of the brand, acts as a subtle visual guide that reinforces the framing and directs the viewer's gaze to what truly matters: the captured moment.

This system creates a direct dialogue between image, typography, and composition, where each element exists to strengthen the narrative of the photography.

The result is a visual identity that does not overshadow the image but enhances it, transforming each record into a clearer, more intense, and memorable visual experience.
